Custom machine works services delivering precision parts for industrial and heavy equipment.

Deep South Machine Works & Hydraulics, LLC operates a fully equipped machine shop built to handle a wide range of precision machining and heavy-duty fabrication needs. Our facility combines both manual and CNC equipment, allowing us to deliver accurate, high-quality results for industrial and heavy equipment applications.

Our machining capabilities include five manual lathes capable of handling materials up to 31 inches, along with two CNC lathes that accommodate up to 20-inch material with 30 inches of travel. This combination allows us to efficiently produce custom parts, perform repairs, and handle large-scale machining projects with precision and consistency.

We also utilize one CNC milling machine and three manual milling machines, giving us flexibility for both detailed precision work and larger fabrication tasks. Supporting equipment includes a drill press for accurate hole work and two 50-ton hydraulic presses for heavy forming and pressing operations.

To complete our capabilities, we operate 16-inch band saws for precise material cutting, ensuring clean and accurate preparation of stock. This range of equipment allows us to handle everything from custom one-off components to full production and repair jobs with reliability and efficiency.

5 - Manual Lathes For Material Up To 31"

2 - 50 Ton Hydraulic Presses

16" Band Saws
